About The Nook

The Nook is a co-operative of artists and artisans. As a co-operative all members share the rent, fees, duties and everyday running of the shop.

This co-op is run to benefit artists and artisans of the Blue Mountains and allows visitors to experience unique, quality work  not generally seen elsewhere.

The Nook began in Jan 1996 with just 12 members at the historic “Everglades” at Leura. It moved to the current location in Leura Mall in September that same year. The shop has been trading consistently since its inception with the membership growing to between 25 to 35 people.

Feel free to visit us 7 days a week with opportunities to watch artists and artisans at work.
